Silhouette is the core technology that makes IVN work. It captures a participant's live video image, separates it from their background, and transplants it into a shared 3D environment in real time.
The capture
Camera and processing separate the person from their surroundings in real time, creating a live video image.
The stream
That image is streamed over standard broadband with synchronized audio to other participants.
The environment
Participants meet in the Nexos®, appearing as themselves in a shared world.
